These terms govern your use of OhMyCatch on iOS and Android.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OhMyCatch (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. For iOS users, you also agree to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

OhMyCatch may offer auto-renewable subscription plans (including AI Fish ID features). Subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to the following:

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management and Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the in-app “Manage subscription” link in Settings.
Quota & Features: Each monthly quota period includes up to 250 AI recognitions; unused quota does not roll over. Restore purchases is available in the app.
Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple under Apple’s App Store policies.

AI Identification Disclaimer

The AI Fish Identification feature provides species suggestions based on visual characteristics. It is intended solely as an informational reference and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Anglers are solely responsible for verifying species identification, fish limits, and adhering to all applicable local fishing laws and regulations.

Your Data and Content

OhMyCatch is a local-first application. Catch records, photos, and personal fishing notes remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to export them or submit photos for optional AI identification. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

同意条款

下载、安装或使用 OhMyCatch（“本应用”），即表示你同意受本使用条款的约束。对于 iOS 用户，你同时同意受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（“Apple Standard EULA”）的约束，详情见 https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/，该协议通过引用并入本条款。

订阅与应用内购买

OhMyCatch 提供可选的自动续期订阅服务（包括 AI 鱼种识别功能）。通过 Apple 应用内购买进行订阅须遵守以下规则：

扣费：在确认购买时，款项将直接从你的 Apple ID 账户中扣除。
自动续订：除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。账户将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按原订阅价格扣费。
管理与取消：你可以随时在 Apple ID 账户设置或应用内“设置”中的“管理订阅”入口管理或取消自动续订。
额度与特性：每个月度额度周期包含最多 250 次 AI 鱼种识别；未使用的额度不结转至下一周期。应用内支持“恢复购买”。
退款：所有退款申请均由 Apple 按照 App Store 退款政策全权处理。

AI 识别免责声明

AI 鱼种识别功能基于图像特征分析提供鱼种建议，仅供钓鱼参考与辅助记录使用，无法保证 100% 准确性。钓鱼人有责任自行核实鱼种特征，并严格遵守当地渔业法、渔获尺寸及配额规定。

你的数据与内容

OhMyCatch 采用本地优先架构。渔获日志、照片及钓点备注默认保存在你的本地设备中，除非你主动发起分享或使用 AI 识别。完整数据政策请参阅我们的隐私政策。
